I was helping someone to rent their place out and the new tenant could not get the electricity to come on. I chit an electrician friend of mine to go check it out and he says the wiring is short and not compliant. The house was bought 2 years ago and it means that a compliance certificate was knowingly given for a house that's not compliant.
