Having ongoing issues with incorrect and huge utility bills. Electricity usage is estimated and not actually read, being charged for three meters while I have only one etc etc. Numerous phonecalls, emails and physical visits to the good people at CityPower have been to no avail.
Would installing a prepaid meter solve all these problems? Any good/bad experiences from Forumites?
