I realise that many will consider this as being petty, but heck and golly gosh darn, why are there so many people out in the workplace who send out emails to clients and who don't know email etiquette? Got email from this new sectional title company that has taken over my complex, and the brain donor sending out the intro email has CC'd the entire client base, everyone's emails open to being harvested and abused.
