I don't have much experience with enamel and the net has a couple of conflicting opinions...
I want to re-paint my interior door frames. Can you simply re-apply enamel paint on top of existing enamel or must one first use a primer? The frames are in perfect nick- I'm just changing the colour...
If anyone can help that would be great.
