On Tuesday night, I was over at a friends house for a pokergame. Hidden away behind a door I noticed a stereo setup - a Music Fidelity B1 integrated amp, Sherwood CD4030 CD player (modified to Sherwood transport with Rotel Discrete clock and DAC) and Jamo (forgot model) speakers.
He said that the CD player and amp isn't working, amp has one channel down, not sure what is wrong with the CD player. I said I will ask on the forum where he can take it to in Johannesburg to be repaired. Obviously he'd like to go to someone who knows what they're doing.
Any ideas or advice?
