Can anyone help me track down Robert from E.T.C Accoustics? I know he is semi-retired and living in Worcester perhaps? I can't find his invoice with contact details on anywhere, or anywhere online, and I need a quote replacing a cabinet on one of my B&W 685's that was damaged when it fell from a speaker stand.
