Can a LCD Display be a cheaper option compared to a TV?  I have a Samsung TV but only using it as a display, sound through a separate system.  i would like to move to 55" display but understand very little of the technical aspects.  i only use DSTV Explorer, no internet feed, no DVD's, ....
