That's right. I supplied all they required 3X in December 2014 when they locked my account without any prior warning.
On Tuesday this week, they did it again, also without prior warning and it's still locked as I write.
I discussed the matter with the relationship person on Tuesday the 24th. He insisted that he wants to visit my home between 8 and 8.30am on Wednesday the 25th 'to verify that I am the occupant of my home' (where I have stayed since 1978).
Come Wednesday morning and no show of Mr Absa by 9.15am. So I called him. This is what I was told:
"Oh, I drove past your house with the wooden fence and I verified this is where you stay". The only problem is, my house doesn't have a wooden fence, it has a steel fence which I built in the early 80's.
The bloke did turn up eventually when I handed him a fourth set of copies of my ID and electricity account.
Any suggestions of what to do besides changing banks? I believe they are all in a similar state of disarray and prejudicial chaos.
