Thought it would be a great place to share our personal gaming favorites.  I stopped my gaming around a year ago after numerous threats of divorce from my wife but back in the day I was an avid gamer and owned nearly every console from the Atari 2600 to the 360 and PS3.  These were some of the games I loved that I believe to be among the greatest I've experienced.  I may have missed a few but these are what I can remember for now:

Asteroids & Air Sea Battle  (Atari)
Parsec  (Texas Instruments TI-99/4A.)
Space Battle, Lock 'n Chase (Intellivision)
Super Mario Bros & Bubble Bobble (Super Famicom)
Mortal Kombat II, Virtua Racing, Street Racer, NBA Jam T.E., Street Fighter 2 Ultra T.E., Theme Park (Sega Megadrive)
Snatcher, Tomcat Alley  (Sega Mega-CD)
Panzer Dragoon, Sega Rally, Virtua Fighter 2, Daytona USA (Sega Saturn)
Gran Turismo 2, Super Puzzle Bobble (Sony PS1)
Goldeneye,  Star Wars Shadows Of The Empire, Mario 64, Top Gear Rally, Konami's International Superstar Soccer '98 (N64)
Soul Calibur 2, Tekken 3 (Sony PS2)
Fight Night Champion, Fifa 14, Tiger Woods '14, Kinect Sports Bowling & Table Tennis (Xbox 360)
Uncharted (PS3)

*The most remarkable of all these games imo is Goldeneye.  You'll notice it's the ONLY 1st person shooter in my list.  Reason?  I usually HATE this kind of game but this was so amazing in single & 4-player that it changed my mind.  This was a game-changer!  Try as I did, there was never a 1st person shooter after this that I liked even half as much.  Amazing!

*If I were to pick a favourite console it would be a tough choice between the Megadrive and the Xbox 360,  but for sheer raw entertainment value & fun, the Megadrive wins!
