LocalPlayer:
The Local Player plugin provides local playback capability from the server computer.
Local Player installs a playback application (squeezelite) on the server computer which is automatically run by the server and which can be controlled via the web interface or other squeezebox control applications. It is intended to simplify the installation and configuration of the squeezelite by installing it via a plugin.
Squeezelite is a new headless (no user interface) software emulation of a squeezebox which supports high resolution playback, gapless, crossfade and most other squeezebox playback features.

The Smart Mix plugin uses your music file collection to create never ending, smart mixes, matching your taste. Start by opening the More menu on an album, artist or track you like and enjoy a mix based on your selection instantly. Or select one of the "recipes" defined in the Smart Mix menu.
If you're subscribed to an online music service like Spotify, MOG, Rhapsody, Deezer, etc. these can be included to create suggestion mixes, letting you discover new music you might like based on your own collection!
Use "The Blender" to interactively create or modify recipes for your moods, with live preview. The Blender is available from your LMS web UI. Create recipes for the mellow moments, Saturday nights or as a background for your day. Control tempo, power, familiarity with ease.
