There has been a few comments in another thread regarding the quality and service level when transport is using Fedex, probably local agent related.
I found and bought a Grace 840F tonearm in Japan on Sunday, bought it as I need it for a turntable build/fix for a friend, on Monday May 22 I got a mail from the seller, a gentleman named
Kito, perhaps Kito-San, that the arm was shipped, just before noon today it was delivered by Fedex, decent quality level I think.
