So as you all know about the issues we were experiencing with our Onkyo's and many of us still are. Audiotronic also came under fire for their lack of "sympathy" towards owners who suffered the dreaded HDMI issue as well.
However with that said I am happy to report that Audiotronic really out did themselves this time around. Gary does have a sympathetic ear and has fixed my 809 at no cost with all new parts.
The amp will be delivered today and will test and revert. He did however assure me the amp is working 100% as they had it on test for some time.
Well done to Gary and Audiotronic. Now that's service with a smile.
