I watched some of the applicants for the Public Protector's job and their responses to questions last night and was quite frankly, appalled by what I saw and heard.
Is this really the best of the best this country has to offer? And the bloody cheek of some of them to even present themselves to be put forward for the job is not exactly inspiring confidence.
Alleged rape, illegal liquor dealing, appropriating mobile phones at gambling places, allegations of reckless driving and amazing tales of "it was all a big mistake".
What do you make of all of this?
