Got an sms from mweb that they have an order no for my fiber installation and a technician will be calling me soon for the installation..whoo hooo!!!
Had a majoir fight with em , they wanted my salary slip (I made one up..Im the boss) and sent it in 3 different formats (xls/pdf/word) which they said was not acceptable and then they said they wanted 3 months bank statements
I refused..my salary does not go into my personal bank acct - I buy/pay what I want thu my business and its put to drawings...
I been with em since forever , have 3 adsl products already , its a debit order deduction , I have dstv etc.. no need to provide financials for a product that is costing my only R300 a month extra!!!!
