Fibre ISP's (over Vumatel)

Hi all. Vumatel are nearing completion of their infrastructure in my area.  :rubhands: Busy looking at ISPs - want to avoid Telkom and Vox (from what I have heard about service). Currently thinking either Cool Ideas or Cell-C. Leaning toward Cool Ideas as they are asymmetrical (100 down / 5 up is the the same as Cell-C's 50/50) and they have a great reputation for service. But, they don't cover any of the initial R1.7k installation fee, which Cell-C does.

Are there any others recommended or worth looking at for fibre over Vuma?
