Not sure how many of you guys listen to 702. For those who do, you will be aware of the axing of Leigh Bennie and her shows + Barry Ronge + Kate Turnikton and the band stand.
Firstly, if any of you know where Leigh will end up (maybe on another station that you guys listen to), please let us know.
Secondly, any thought's on the going's on at 702, that's pretty much axed a 9 year successful series. Leigh's "A word On" show's ran for 9 years !! I'll now stick to Classic FM.
Surprisingly, I've found Jacaranda to be quite good recently. Barney Simon (remember him from Radio 5 back in the mid 1990's) is on.
South African airwaves are losing a host of DJ's that have shaped our world. Classic FM did that same about 2 years ago when Tony Blewitt was let go.
