I bought some aluminium faceplates for my amplifier late April and they left Miami depo 2 day later on the 27 April - fantastic service! I received a tracking number and checked it periodically for when it entered the country, as I knew I'd have an issue.
However, 2.5 months passed and the US Tracking number didn't update after leaving Miami, so I just contacted them. They said they don't track once it leave the country and they mentioned the dreaded phrase that makes my blood run cold, 'Call SAPO for assistance' ....
What is my next move?
I've never used standard post for this reason (this was a mistake on my part) - just try my best to reach customer care and give my local address, seeing as there is no tracking number anymore ?
