I want to fix this, and maybe also extend the cable as it is now very short.
The main cable consist of 2 separate cables that have centre copper surrounded by some plastic insulation and then a weaved outer copper (much like a TV antenna cable).
Can I just try to connect a RCA connector to each of the individual smaller cables. How would I extend it, with a coaxial cable?
