Fixing plastic/pvc cover on speaker enclosure

Hi Guys

I need your advice please.

The picture below shows damage to the speaker (not sure of the right terminology) "enclosure". Material is plastic/pvc. Piano black finish. About 4cm x 1.5cm where the mdf is exposed and a 5cm crack in the pvc at the back of the speaker, running from the damaged area on the corner. Speaker brand is not important.

How do I fix this? Would appreciate any advice.
