Oh dear. This is another baby of FNBconnect who did have the cheapest call rate to mobiles (when it worked), until 1 second after they stopped advertising it. I've even been charged for on-net calls which are supposedly free according to the price list.
The luxury of not having to RICA as all clients are already FICA'd, might be enough to get them some business outside of staff members.
