Just found a very cheap courier and they seem decent - Triangle couriers, their number is 044-8730318.
They only apparently move stuff between the PE/Garden route areas down to CT(central areas), the lady on the phone said if it needs to go to outlying suburbs in CT its an extra R100 becuase it gets sent out with another courier co.
They moved a really heavy industrial tool for me that weighed almost 40kg for R160 from George to Brackenfell CT, that's quite a bit less than even Star Express.
Anyone else used these guys before?
To be honest with you the thing I sent wasn't worth a hell of a lot and was rather solid so maybe not the best illustration of their prowess at moving gear safely but their vans looked quite new/clean and their prices are so good I'd like to use them again.
