The Joke of the Day thread with the horse meat post got me thinking it's high time I posted some pictures of our French holiday before it disappears out of memory. I'll be adding pictures as I go, might take a week or two.
First thing I need to say is that France is the most wonderful country, I love just about everything about it. Beautiful buildings, clean cities, stunning countryside and the most amazingly friendly, warm, hospitable and polite people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. These people know what life is all about and they live it like it should be lived. Where the story about the French being rude came from is a mystery to me.
Would I go back? Definitely, I would love to spend the rest of my life there.
