I am travelling for the 3rd time this year to Poland for work and will be staying overnight in Frankfurt. I land at 6AM and only fly to Poznan the next morning at 08:30 so I have around 24 hours to explore Frankfurt

Does anyone have any advice with regards to places to see?

I will also have 12 hours in Munich on my way back so any advice would be appreciated.
