It the mold of Pro/Engineer and SolidWorks, but obviously not as powerful. Free for one year. I find solid modelling very powerful and the feature based approach makes it easier it you don't have draughtsman training.
I tried it out, and it did expire after a year. Very useful if you need to conceptualize in 3-D, and I'm sure you won't have interference and fit problems due to errors in your design.
