Well, doesn't this really make me feel old! Don't know if anyone else has experienced the same, but over about the past year I've begun to increasingly notice that my ears seem to have this growing intolerance for sharp, loud noises. I frequently find myself wishing flat wheels upon the bikers who come past my bakkie window because the noise from their exhaust actually hurts my ears, and when listening to music I frequently find myself turning down the volume or changing tracks because I find aspects of the recording too 'bright', for lack of a better description. I don't remember having had this issue in previous years - anyone else experience this?
