FSM to improve satelite dish signal

Hi gang

I got my explora up but my signal is too bad to load catchup and boxoffice. Anyone know where to get a cheapy FSM meter? Even better would be if I can borrow someone's as it's something that I'm likely to use only  once or twice I would imagine.
