Hi guys
I know there's a number of RF fundis on the forum so hoping someone can help here....
I have a double garage with two separate motors (a Digidoor and a Moore 'o Matic which appears to be a Yank product)
Every know and then (today included) one of the doors or sometimes both appear to open on their own.
1. Is it plausible to think that undesirables walk around with remotes seeing which garage doors they can open? Is this possible?
2. I've often heard of nearby neighbours own remotes picking up the same frequency as your own and then innocently opening garage doors when they open or close their own.
Is there something I can do here? Does one re-program the remote to use a new frequency and if so, is this easy to DIY or do I need to call in a garage door specialist type person?
