Both times, the lead time to shipping was longer than expected 3-6 weeks. Once shipped, I had no issues. I believe this is a simple case of getting what you pay for. The prices are low and the shipping is relatively cheap. In return you take a bigger risk and have to wait longer. If you bought products from a different store (say Amazon), or used a shipping forwarder, the experience would be better but more expensive. I think it's good to have choices as long as the terms are transparent.
