After seeing some of the prices you guys have been quoted for imported CDs I just contacted a guy, Steve, from the Sedgefield Farmers Market. I think he actually lives in Knysna and may have a small outlet there. He is only at SF on Saturday mornings. I have bought piles of used CDs from him in the past and the quality has been excellent. He plays them through and adds a note to the jewel case if he finds anything at fault. It appears he has contacts in America and Europe and the prices when I last bought in +/- 2010 was about R100 - R150.
I don't know what he has in stock but I'm sure if enough of us ask he may put up a list with prices somewhere.
A lot of the stuff I originally bought was from the '70s and early '80s which I couldn't find in the shops.
