Good spa in Hartbeespoort?

I'm looking for a decent spa near Harties to spoil my wife for her birthday, any recommendations?
Would prefer a place with good therapists, then hygeine and luxury next in importance. Looking on Tripadvisor every spa has multiple terrible ratings - do we go for the one with the  most 'great' ratings and hope for a good day?

Also anything else that is worth doing in the area?
