I have been thinking about buying an integrated amp for a long time. Someone helped themselves to my Hafler pre and power amps.
I have been driving my Kef Ref2 speakers with an AV amp. It just did not have the power to drive the Kef's properly.
I took the Kef's to Francois to find out whether they could still sound decently as they are many years old.
I first listened to a Line Magnetic 211 IA valve amp. What a beauty!! It was driving large but efficient speakers.
The sound was fantastic.
Unfortunately, my Kef's need more than the 35 Watt the Line Magnetic pumps out.

Between Francois and Brian they spent a lot of time with me.
After listening to various amps I found the one I liked.
It is the Krell KAV 300 - The small Krell.
It really makes the Kef's sing. The bass is tight and deep. The other frequencies are very clear.
The balance between bass and other frequencies is excellent.

Thank you, Francois and Brian for spending a lot of time with me and finding what I needed.
You have such a large variety of products at your showroom, one will find what you are looking for.
