Last week I picked up on my MLT inverter log unit that there is a drop in grid voltage in the morning hours, so last night I kept a eye and 7pm the voltage was 219v and 49.9hz. I check with my digital volt meter and showed the same. Early morning hours it drop under 200v and then the inverter disconnect it self from the grid to protect the stuff that is connected to it and connected back when the grid went stable again.
