Have you seen a value increase with Solar install on sale of your property?

Just wondering if anyone has sold a house recently with the solar system installed and how it effected the salability and price of the house - i.e. how much of you investment did you see back by way of extra house sale price. I note one forum member chose to move his solar installation from old house to new, implying recovery of equipment cost was not there....

I'm not looking at selling anytime soon but am curios and thought it would be a useful discussion, I imagine, for people that are moving.

Also, how are estate agents approaching this? Are some a bit clueless with this relatively recent upswing in more widespread solar usage or are they on top of it already?

Lastly what snags have some sellers/buyers seen with the sale of a house with an existing solar installation?
