Someone I know has a Yamaha RX-V677.
I'm a bit confused as to HDMI versions etc :
Specs state that is has support for 4K 50 / 60p input - but elsewhere, it says there no HDMI 2.0?
So I'm assuming HDMI 1.4 ? And in that case, do some HDMI 1.4 pass through - and others cannot?
So this amp would work for new 4K sources (BluRay / PS4 / Apple TV) - but not the HDR part?
