HDMI Issue causing noise

Hi All,

I have a Yamaha YSP 4100 Sound Projector which has 4in/1out HDMI connections, I have my DSTV HD,PS3 and Blu Ray player connected. Sometimes when I switch between HDMI connections or if it tries to output to the TV, I get a horrible interference noise,almost like when tuning a TV channel. If I switch my sound bar on and off, it rectifies itself, could this be a cable issue,seems more evident when using my Blu Ray player.

Any ideas,how can I troubleshoot if its the cabling.
