I have been scaling down my pc setup and would like to at least have a basic headphone setup for the pc

I am using Sennheiser HD595's

I have read a bit and googled, but there are so many options that I am not sure what is worthwhile, etc

What options is best bang for the buck in the R2k'ish range?  If it has usb input, great, but not essential.
