Headphone amp & DAC

Hi All,

I don't see a recent post on this unless I have missed it. I'd like to get recommendations on headphone amps with USB DAC for use with my PC. Price should be <= R3k-R3.5k all in (i.e. shipping etc.). It should be able to drive any headphone < R10k.
