I had built a set of headphone wall mounts a while back, but also wanted a stand for the desk.
Wall mounts are round wood cutouts from a wine rack I built, with a copper pipe piece mounted.
Stand is 22mm copper pipe, soldered and filled with sand to add weight. The dimensions didn?t quite work out perfectly, and it is a little big and I might rework it at bit. The copper is matt, using fine sand paper.
Overall I?m please with both and thought it?d worthwhile sharing for others to attempt. Very few tools needed (pipe cutter/saw and solder iron for the stand; round cutout drill bit and drill for the wall mounts).
