Jeez you know it's bad when you find yourself tapping your foot to the muzak- it's like watching Barney too often.
It's been 2 weeks- which usually have me on the call centre twice daily, holding for well over an hour each time.
They've tested my line and- initially- said nothing is wrong.
They have blamed my ISP/router/computer.
I took all my gear to my ISP and, naturally , my account and all work fine on another line.

Tech who's number I have asks me to ask ISP to ask Telkom to upgrade my line speed. I call.
After the long wait call centre tech says the fault is at the exchange. It is congested. Why? Cos the equipment is old and faulty and needs to be replaced.
Therefore I have to pay Telkom more.
