Help: 1 x CREE CSD01060 required.

I accidentally broke the legs off one of the CREE CSD01060 SiC schottky diodes when removing it from a tricky board location.

I cannot find any locally.

Any ideas of where to look, or maybe someone has a spare lying about.

It is the TO220 package type.
