Hi Guys,
2 Years ago I bought a 51" Samsung 3D Plasma, I did a bit of homework, but it was sorta an impulsive buy and obviously didn't do enough home work
I dropped the brightness and lighting on the TV down to 35% for about a the 1st year of watching, hoping this would help burn in the pixels. But sadly, playing too much music on the TV via HDD through the built-in player the TV has developed a very slight burn in image.
It's mainly noticeable when there is a mono light image displaying, for example a white room, or snowy mountains etc.
I've read about media you can buy to play over and over to help fix it? The TV has a built in White rolling feature to help, I've run it a couple of times but seems I've hit the best returns that it can provide me. What else can I try or do?
Just some more info, during the day the TV is on music, from HDD via the built in player that caused the burn for an average of 3-5 hours a day, and at night we watch movies, series etc for about 3-5 hours too. The brightness and lighting has now been set to 80% and all other setting to my liking for almost a year.
