I bought a second-hand computor for my wife to use, but it came with the software preloaded, and without the disks. I tried to connect to the internet but couldn't. I phoned our service provider (Telkom). They said by plugging in the (LAN?) cable, the computor should pick up the modem and connect automatically. They said the Network Card Drive needs to be reinstalled and then it will connect.
Does anybody think this is correct?
Where can I download this driver onto my computor and then how should I transfer it to my wife's computor? What is the correct name for this driver?
