Help: Machining and engraving stainless steel

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know where I can have something like this made in stainless steel plate around 5mm thick?

I can easily have the plates laser cut to the dimensions I need with the holes, etc done but the problem is the engraving.  Any ideas?

I need about 10 of these made.
