Have found an old PC that I would like to use as a music server running only LMS and has the following spec:

Question is, the 500GB Segate Barracuda 7200 seems to take forever to load Windows 7 32 Bit and there is drive activity for a long time even when not using it.
Did Windows Update today and the 980 MB Download is taking over 3 hours to install. Only halfway so far?
Should I change the HDD and if so is there a clone program available (Free) as I have an external USB drive bay or can load another SATA drive in the PC?
