Help needed identifying a cartridge

I got this cart - no markings that I can see - on an old clunker.
It is in perfect shape, and sounds really good.
Someone must have de-nuded the stylus and inserted it into the diamond-shaped opening of the cart body?
Any idea what it might be?

(sorry about the bad pictures, and the dirty stylus - playing a vinyl faire LP after just one clean...  )
