Help needed with debugging garage door opener

My garage door refuses to open from the remotes. It opens fine from the wall switch, but when I press any of the remotes I just hear a relay click.

Am I right in this thought process:
- If the relay clicks it means the receiver is working
- If it works on the wall switch it means the motor and power relay/switch are working

Which means it's a connection somewhere?

It's a Digidoor unit.
