Help Please: Best Mediaplayer Download

Guys, which mediaplayer would you recommend other than Windows Mediaplayer that comes standard with Windows 7. It does not support flac playback and therefore I need something else to play some of my flac files. Someone recommended MediaMonkey which is  a free download with upgrade possibilities at a cost. Help and advice would be appreciated.
