Help Please!!!! Digital Crossover or Bi-Amp

I need help please. I have a Onkyo TX NR-5010 Av Receiver which I have been running on Bi-Amp for my main speakers but I see there is another option: Digital Crossover and I would like to ask if it's any better than Bi-Amp?
