I obtained an Alphason HR100s tonearm for a project that I am working on. It seems that the previous owner used a heavy cartridge and therefore used a heavy counterweight to balance the arm. This counterweight is too heavy for the cartridge I intend using with the tonearm. The cartridge I intend using is 6.2g according to the manufacturer. I weighed the counterweight at 140g. Is there perhaps anybody out there that could assist me with a lighter counterweight for the tonearm? (I am also exploring using a headshell weight to get the arm into balance, but would like to get the correct counterweight as first prize. The headshell weight will also give rise to another problem stated below.)

This arm uses a hexagon wrench to adjust the cueing height (which I did not get with the tonearm). This seems to be an allen key smaller than the 1.3mm one which I have. Is there anybody that could also help me with this allen key?

I am desperate and would really appreciate any help!!
