Help with collection and postage CT to Durbs

Good day Gentlemen , Is there anyone near Strand-Helderberg who is able to collect a tuner , package it and post to Durban . The seller prefers it be tested first before accepting payment .
It's a smaller model tuner ,36 cm wide .
If anyone can please help , Let me know .
It will be highly appreciated .
